What's going on in Houston? Reps leaving left and right, must be the manager?

Look what happened to the Midwest, 7 reps left in the past 2 months.

    Why the mass exodus?

Why? its obvious. we are not getting paid. extremely competitive marketplace and horrible morale! NIPT is just a mess.

Majority of reps are looking to leave, the turnover is about 70% and if you're here longer than one year you would soon be fired.

NIPT market is played out. Doctors are tired of reps trying to push why their test is better. It all comes down to billing and 100 max out of pocket/self pay price isn't going to keep this company going. Can't wait to see which rep leaves next and when the whole company folds.

Yes. Manager and director suck. Especially the director. Manager is powerless.

HW and BW are awful! Very immature and unprofessional managers.

Look at what they did to LO in Austin. BFF with her while she was the top rep. Once her territory was impacted by things out of her control, they treated her like she had the plauge.

jD in houston was a top rep that left because she didn't trust a word that came out of BW or HW mouth. Both consistently lie to the team just to sell tests.

More top reps about to leave and will take business with them. Maybe Progenity will see the liability that they have on their hands.

Fired after a year? That's interesting...there are plenty of tenured reps. Along with those who got the can but they weren't really working supposedly

That's the Progenity way, zero respect for reps and constant threats.

I hear more lay offs to come especially in Texas. No more Medicaid and UHC is cracking down on out of network. Whose the 1st to go?

When is BR's last day? He is a nightmare to work with, liar and a creeper.

I'd like to hear more about BR. What are the gripes about him?

He isn't that bad. Just with a bad company that can't get it together and under a director that can't tell the truth
