How are Coroent XL's made?

I was reading through Nuvasive's Patents and patent number 7,713,463 "Method of Manufacturing Surgical Implants"....

It talks about how they make their implants. It says they throw them in a microwave to cure the plastic real quick.

Is this the process used on the Coroent XL's? I don't see any other product this Patent would apply to.

    Thanks for any help.

Using microwaves to quick cure PEEK plastic meant for implants....

Wouldn't the microwaves alter the material making it...not PEEK plastic but with some bad molecular chains and depolarized atoms which could be why patients with the implants are succumbing to Accute Renal Failure?

Why would the FDA not regulate microwaving plastic implants meant for permanent placement into humans?

    Maybe that's a DOE thing.

Someone should look at this patent and do some research on the molecular level to see if microwaved PEEK plastic is indeed safe for human use. There's titanium "marker pins" inside the Coroent XL's. Everyone knows microwaving metal is bad.

I wouldn't be surprised if they found the titanium pins inside the plastic had a magnetic charge from being placed in a microwave.

Somebody should really look into this.

    Depolorized atoms?
    Magnetic titanium?

Back to school for you junior. You must have missed some of your engineering classes. Priceless.

Microwaved PEEK? What about the free radicals?

There are 4 small titanium pins inside that plastic piece.

Throwing them in a microwave wouldn't be advised by the microwave maker.

Anyone want to try throwing a piece of titanium in a microwave to see what happens?

Maybe there's a lighting show while they microwave those PEEK plastic spine spacers.

    Actually its "depolarized".

The FDA doesn't check squat so the Titanium 'markers' might be a very low grade alloy with lots of iron...likely from China.

I've got a EXTECH Instruments 480823 Electromagnetic Field Meter. I set it to "Gauss" and I read 0.7 Gauss from my back where the Coroent XL PEEK Plastic spacer is in my spine.

The Titanium pins have a magnetic field. Measurable.

I think I need to make a YouTube Video and spread the word. Titanium isn't supposed to be magnetic. Nor is PEEK plastic.

I have no hardware in my spine. Only the Coroent Peek Plastic disc spacer. With the titanium 'marker' pins inside it so the doctor can see orientation when he puts it in.

What about the carcinogens or dioxins that will now be leached out? Microwaving PEEK plastic while it's curing surely has to alter it's molecular chaining. Resulting in broken molecular chains that will result in carcinogens/dioxins leaching.

Those titanium pins inside the plastic have to heat up first, create an internal pocket of gasses inside the PEEK plastic spacer. An internal pocket of carcinogenic gasses that will come out.

Maybe this is why they are getting renal failure? Those carcinogenic gasses coming out at L4/L5 and giving them Renal Failure?

If you are measuring a Magnetic Field where they put the plastic spacer in your spine....

Get a UHF RFID Reader. See if you pick up anything.

You may be reading 0.7 Gauss on your meter due to your computers wireless card tracking you.

Wouldn't that be the find of the year? A medical implant with a secret RFID inside.....

Is that even legal for a Medical Device maker to do?

The new Nationalized Healthcare Bill coming into effect in 2014 mandates everyone get RFID's.

Would make sense for somebody like Nuvasive to have been putting RFID's inside their PEEK plastic disc spacers.

Secretly study the effects of those RFID's receiving energy from say computer wifi cards. A certain California University study the effects of different emissions to effect those RFID's.
UHF RFID's are 900 Mhz, which computer wifi cards can emit energy to and detect. NSA/CIA/DOD/everyone else could track people in a manner never before possible.

They decide they don't like you or the Fed's don't have enough money to pay you your Social Security....keep feeding the UHF RFID energy generating a magnetic field to cause cancer.

Quick death....Federal Government saves money. Maybe they have a secret plan to push the +70 million Baby Boomers to their graves quick since the Social Security Trust Fund was spent?

Genius if you think about it.

The ObamaCare mandating RFID's looks like a flop.

VeriChip discontinued selling RFID's for humans in 2010.

If it comes out that the Coroent XL has a RFID inside it....how the heck are they going to remove THAT?!!

If you get a MRI and they use "contrast"...for some odd reason those titanium "markers" inside the Coroent XL....show some very interesting effects to the titanium pins inside the plastic. The top and bottom of the marker pins are darker. ONLY when Contrast is used.

As if they are receiving a charge from the contrast agent and MRI machine. Is this why those titanium pins which aren't supposed to be magnetized....are getting magnetized?

The radioactive contrast agent has 7 unpaired electrons per atom.....I bet the titanium marker pins inside the Coroent XL likes those free electrons and due to the MRI machine's magnetic field...absorbs them. Ions absorbed which weren't ment to be absorbed.

A simple experiment with a Coroent XL covered with Contrast Agent, then MRI'd.....would expose my theory as true or not. I suspect it's true, as you can see it in your MRI/Xray/CT Scan when contrast is used.

Yes, it is true. That and a few other things. The lunar landing was staged in Hollywood, JFK was not assassinated, Elvis is alive, and most importantly, Mr Rodgers head is cryogentically suspending waiting for another body to be transferred to.

Seriously, take some medication and chill out. The implant inside your body is not alive, nor is it have some adverse effect on your body.

If China has been making them it will.

Anybody asked MedTronic about what that little court room banter was about?.....forbidding Nuvasive..... to cease having medical implants made overseas.....ok which country?

China's had a long track record of killing us with pharmacuticals made over there now....

Hopefully your doctor fixed the CoRoent piece in place. Using metal screws.
