How do I edit or delete one of my posts?

I was a bit hasty in something I posted and regret it now. I would like to edit the post or get it deleted. How do I do this? I can't see an edit or delete button.

 

You can't, as the site is anonymous, so unless you're registered the post cannot be traced back to you. You need to email the webmaster and request for it to be removed. webmaster@cafepharma.com.

 

im registered but can't figure out how to delet? Or could just edit my name but cannot figure out how to do either?
