Seriously. I have been ruined. I don't want to work in a non-Ron system. I want out. I loved: -no teleconferences. Ever. Not a single one at the district level. My DM never did one. -no webcast. Ever. -1 precise, quick meeting a year. No fast starts. No quarterly meetings. No end of the year meeting. No superchargers. No training meetings. No HR meetings. -simple bonus plan that a 10 year old could understand -bonus plan communicated before the measurement period begins, not 5 months into the semester -no pods district mangers who helped me -district managers who fight for my scripts -district managers who either help or stay out of the way -I could call my DM or RSD anytime I wanted -my car was super and not the lowest offering fleet thought they could get away with -our trips were off the charts and keep me motivated all year long -the numerous contest and kickers -single rooms -meeting focused on messaging and sharing ideas instead of dumb ass role play -keeping all the bobble heads off the stage at the meeting things I didn't love: -speaker programs I simply cannot go back to a big pharma mentality where HQ despises the reps. How do I make sure I get severed?
