How do you feel about our culture?

I have concerns...

 

The culture is fine. Biohaven has been great through this lunch during Cov19. Apparently some managers are being asses but they were always like that and will always be like that. Don’t be a child and blame company culture. It’s too early to judge them on culture.

 

Disagree. Nothing contributes more negatively to culture than a manage by fear leadership style. If your direct supervisor makes your stomach bleed I think it’s reasonable to say they adversely effect the culture.

 

Completely agree. Culture is nothing like what we thought, still too many reps at this company (that statement was true BEFORE covid19). ‘We don’t compete against ubro’ Hahahaha. Intense pressure, high expectations, and now we’re expected to enter into that will be used for our demise I’m afraid. And have been so unfair to moms that are also responsible schooling their kids everyday. How many of us are on Xanax or drinking too much wine lately?

 

My manager is not a bad person, but this is not going in a good direction. Not happy with some of what I'm seeing. With my territory, one of us should go as well.

 

Let's face it Biohaven borrowed a concept from a recipe book that has been used for decades. SHARE A VOICE launching a new product. In pre COVID-19 times it would have worked for about 1-3 years TOPS. Who knew that our world would change and a wrench would be thrown into the equation. We're all in survival mode.

You must be in the northeast working for that nightmare of a manager from Takeda. Dude, get out of that situation now!

 

Think of the moms that still go into a job everyday and do not have the flexibility our jobs provide to “home” school. I know a lot of moms that would love to be in our position

 

Micromanagement aside, I heard a rep got fired after making a seemingly innocent and passing comment about porn at an after hours hangout (not corporate sponsored). So take that as you will.

You’ve obviously never had a severe migraine headache. Did you know stress can bring these on, have we been under a little bit of stress here lately? Do you understand that severe ongoing migraines can lead people to kill themselves? Talk about tone deaf, sad.

There’s a shitload of migraine meds out there that work, efficacious, low side effects, I have multiple family members who are on them. Please don’t think Biohaven is walking on water in the migraine world. Apparently ALL the patients before Biohaven are shit out of luck? Asshole.

 

Share of voice was dead back in about 2003 when offices started shutting doors because of it. We won't be going into offices anytime soon. The landscape has completely changed now because of Covid. There are way, way too many reps here. It's going to get ugly fast.
