How do you get on Cardiology/Critical Care Division Gravy Train?

    Can someone tell me how to get on John Hart's C-CC team? They are not on a commission only plan, get paid base salaries plus commission guarantee's, car allowances, all travel expenses, and it's all High Commodity products that any dingbat can sell. Their best position is their Regional Sales Managers who are not held accountable for anything. They fake working in the field and some of them have not made their regional numbers in YEARS (D.S.) and still with the company? Hey Curt what's all that Bullshit you preach about making your numbers or don't plan on being around. The reps/managers they do like and have lost business they will compensate and the ones they don't like that lost business they put on a pip. I guess accountability doesn't include X-Stryker cronies like Hart and this division.

    The Curt administration doesn't give a rat's ass about C-CC, except for trying to make the divisions numbers look good. Then they will sell those product lines off. John Hart is almost at retirement age so you know he wasn't hired to be with a division that's going to be around for a while. Two of the regional managers had terrible years in 2017 and are losing business left and right in 2018 Are they on a PIP? Nope. John Hart has never made his number. Is he on a PIP? Nope. WTF Curt! "You don't grow, you need to go."
    Curt, have you ever made your number? Nope, time to GFO!

    Area Directors in this Division SUCK! Get away with murder. Zero leadership.

    And as a Sales Rep, I am only 3 positions away from the CEO.
    It's not like we have multiple levels of management where leadership gets lost in all the layers. Our leadership sucks and you can attribute our lack of success directly to Curt, John Hart, and the AD's. The reps can only do so much.
    You clowns can't hide.

    Don’t think it’s bitterness but Reality. These current Area Directors have survived only because John Hart needs a buffer from the field sales team and only that. He doesn’t want the headache of recruiting and replacing any of them, and he definitely does not want to deal with any reps on a direct basis. The AD down south was easy to eliminate as all you do is chop up the region and realign into other regions. Thus you save $ 500k with some of that going into Hart’s incentives.

    Reality again is none of these managers have made their sales numbers in years and are not fit to lead teams. That’s coming from us the sales reps that have to deal with their shit every day. We have some awesome reps in the field that consistently make numbers and want to be promoted but the opportunity isn’t there? Current Managers get away with murder and will throw any of us under the bus just so nothing happens to them. That’s the Reality so shut the Fuck up..

    Totally agree with last post. It should also be noted that when Hartman came in he got rid of all top manamgement in each division and replaced them with all his own suck up’s. That’s why you still have some slug Regional managers hanging around. I am surprised that those 3 are still left in this division. I heard at last NSM they bring absolutely nothing to the table...

    You must have flown to the NSM on your own dime and met with people off site because they fired your arse 2 years ago. We all know who you are. We are sharing e mails with each other with your entire vocabulary of "totally agree", "goofball", "slug" etc. (you havn't used "blue chip company" yet} What do you think Hartman is going to do hire you back if they get rid of us? If you could have heard what they were saying about you at meetings it would blow your limited mind!

    I accidentally stumbled upon this site when looking for some product numbers. I wanted to say that I’m not sure who has been writing these comments but they must not be managed by Nadia and are speculating.

    Nadia W has been a great manager and extremely helpful. I haven’t known her long but she has been very patient and a great source of information, not leading with fear in anyway. She is very understanding about family situations and how rude for someone to say she has been on maternity leave for a long time. She was gone the normal 3 months plus a week or so to get good care for her child!

    She always answers calls/texts/emails quickly but does not micromanage. That is a perfect manager in my opinion.

    It seems like there are a lot of angry people that are not meeting their numbers/wishing they were in the CCC division. Instead of posting hateful things about other people, work harder on yourself and your territory.

    i guess everyone is entitled to their opinions. Many of us in the past were given the opportunity to get into Med Device, advance and prosper due to JS and RH They didn’t stab you in the back like current management and were fair and honest. Bitter??? It’s common knowledge both were taken care of with decent severance packages and did very well - stock incentives, etc over the years. Sounds like your the bitter loser stuck on this sinking ship. You have probably interviewed numerous companies but nobody wants your sorry ass.
