The proposed cuts in MC rates for MC lab codes are the base-line. The SGR is factored in at a later date likely cutting the decrease to 5%-10% from the 50%+ in the final rule.

You do not know what you are talking about, the estimated SGR for calender year 2013 is
- 27.4% (negative!). The SGR fix, enacted at the last minute by a divided congress, will simply allow the physician fee schedule to stay flat and not drop nearly a quarter overnight for ALL medicare physician fee schedule codes. This massive cut to the 88305 TC will stick as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow.

Don't worry about investors, the company is being sold and the whole lab industry is in shambles anyway due to Medicare. Caris will go down in flames and I hope DH and his band of merry fairies goes with him. This place sucks so bad.
