How High Up Does it Need to Go?

    To claim an award, how high up does the direction to commit fraud or off-label promotion need to go? For example if your district manager encouraged you to commit fraud would that be enough or would it need to be higher up like a division leader or even the whole company?

    If you are aware of fraud at the local, regional or national level you may have a viable whistleblower action under the Federal False Claim Act. Any potential reward is linked to the damages suffered by the Federal Government.
