Nef only thinks about herself and meeting her numbers. She walked in with so many pre assumptions and biases and started acting on cutting headcount. Plus for her if you are not a Janssen person you don’t know marketing or sales.
Shes pissed off all business partners because her standard question to them is “what can you do for me?”

If I was Stryker I would double down and take the rest of the energy business. Nef made the call to reverse course on reprocessing. Ethicon is basically out of it again unless you do a complete energy contract.

Dear Medtronic, stop messing around with staplers, your already way ahead. Ethicon can’t even figure out how to make an articulation knob for their stapler. And I do agree that the field does care about the customer but that ends below AVP. the field cannot fix the political joke that Ethicon has become.
