How is Nef?

    Nef only thinks about herself and meeting her numbers. She walked in with so many pre assumptions and biases and started acting on cutting headcount. Plus for her if you are not a Janssen person you don’t know marketing or sales.
    Shes pissed off all business partners because her standard question to them is “what can you do for me?”

    Nef wont be here by YE 2020 and everyone that is left behind will suffer from the decisions that she has made, partnerships strained and a demotivated exhausted team!

    If I was Stryker I would double down and take the rest of the energy business. Nef made the call to reverse course on reprocessing. Ethicon is basically out of it again unless you do a complete energy contract.

    Stryker is a significantly better company to work for

    The Ethicon attitude is “we are JNJ, they have to do business with us”

    Take away suture and Ethicon collapses
    Dear Medtronic, stop messing around with staplers, your already way ahead. Ethicon can’t even figure out how to make an articulation knob for their stapler. Their engineers are in Cincinnati and that place screams incapable. Learn to make a needle and you take Ethicon right to where they belong. A medical Wal-Mart

    Horrible place to work
    And I do agree that the field does care about the customer but that ends below AVP. the field cannot fix the political joke that Ethicon has become.
