How is someone allowed to switch a territory mid Q3 just because the quota is lower?

    Can someone tell me how this is fair? I don't like kissing ass but I guess that's what you gotta do.. This person could easily win the wild card bc of the switch!

    It takes 2 months or more to decide who a doctor should belong to
    a territory change mid Q4??
