He makes more money than any other high level executive in any of the cardiac device sales companies. I'm unsure if he deserves but either way he's getting it.

Do you know how much Bob G makes? The ADs, none of whom are near hitting their forecasts? Why change anything or feel compelled to perform as long as the money is this good!? Change THEIR IC/comp plans and they may be motivated to actually invest in problem solving and producing results.
