How worried should we be?

What percentage of sales force is getting cut ?

 

RSM’s are in Boston this week making those decisions. SEI scores determine who stays and who goes, along with additional RSM input.

 

Sorry, but RSMs would never have that much say in cuts. That’s a huge liability and HR nightmare. I don’t think there will be cuts just reorganization and shifting of product weighting’s.

 

Been through this before with other companies, this isn’t how the go about layoffs. Contract reps are going to be added to a very small amount of territories and possible weighting changes. Would be very surprised if there are cuts.

 

What about the ”Duzallo 16”? Aren’t those territories, and possibly more, getting dissolved?

 

Anyone think this “Crocodile Dundee II” looks any good? I like Danny McBride but think he’s going to make a mockery of the series. And where is Paul Hogan?

 

What do you think calibration meetings are for? The previous poster was partially correct, RSMs decided everyone’s fate in December. It is now HR‘s job to go through their ratings, and they will determine who stays and who goes.

 

What does this mean?
