What are talking about? Why do that? Milk it for as long as you can and hopefully you will be blessed with a nice Christmas package! Then go find a real job with a little work life balance and less craziness

A lot did interview. Unfortunately other reps won out in the interview. In my area both guy reps interviewed for the "other" company but were beat out by a girl.

Very happy I left in May. They had been talking layoffs since then. Good luck to everyone!

Have a heart! Seriously! Some people just lost their jobs right before Christmas! Some of these people were the bread winner and the primary insurance holder for their family! Some of the people that got laid off have little kids and now can't afford to buy their kids Christmas gifts! Stop being so heartless! And whatever troll started a thread about who lost their jobs and who they kept, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Welcome to corporate america. So those people who are giving 75 hours a week and leaving their family alone each night, remember that corporate america could care less about you. Learn a lesson. For those who lost their jobs, the packages are very good. If you cant land with this package, you have bigger problems.

The management retread team is only carrying out their orders from the japanese. The japanese act very nice but behind closed doors they cut us to pieces. At the HO it is widely known that they rule with no feeling, think of us as numbers and they have no intention of hurting their bottom line by keeping us around. Don't be misguided. The japanese have no tolerance for not achieving goals. You also need to remember that they do not forget when people or an entire society wrong them. They have a very long memory. There is a reason why they have their people in all of our important meetings. You are very naive if you think they like us.

I do not think the death of their former CEO was just some random heart attack. There's ways of making things happen to exact "revenge" for not meeting some sort of expectation. I can't believe more has not been said about how he was taken out.

Taro had it coming. They (Japanese mgmt) hated him and didn't even want Abilify to be that successful in the first place. He nailed his own coffin when he purchased that cough syrup company for 3 billion. Take a look around, every vendors/CROs can't stand working with Otsuka - management too narrow minded and much too much micromanagement.

they are so good at making us all feel like we are special. It is an act. They can't stand us. More heads will roll because they have no idea how to run a business. They make all the key decisions.

Japan just wants order takers. they do not want smart people because they want to manipulate the U. S. people. they are nice to our faces but they think we are fat, lazy pigs. if you doubt it just look at other companies mngt compared to us.
