I heard that HPG agreed and signed an extension on Suture Endo as an exchange for savings? Can someone confirm and is there any relief for the field?

Relief for the field? You socialist mutherfacker. Your company just took a calculated loss to keep from losing ALL the business. You're in sales. Get out there and fill the loss.

    Relief....you pansy

Confirmed. As the previous post mentioned on what was shared, the idea was to lower the HPG floor to be able to convert MDT accounts over.

I think it was wishful thinking. Good luck in hunting!

By how much are we lowering?

This is unfair since the field are not consulted. We are not slave people.

10% lower across the board on Endo. Do you think that is enough to convert Medtronic account?

That is a waste of the field’s time. 10% lower on Endo is not going to do it.

There is no difference between ETH and MDT Endo anymore.

Good luck in climbing back up from the holes.

Anyone knows the total estimated erosion for HPG?

In case you missed the Memo from Nef. Life isn't fair, grow the hell up.

You're kidding, right? You are correct, you are not a slave. If you don't like the move, you are FREE to move to another job.

My AVP confirmed and said that it is a waste of investment because there is no growth guaranteed and HPG is becoming less compliant these days.

Shut your mouth boy. Where is the sense of collaboration with the field in this case? We as leader keep on preaching about cross functions collaborations, this is not one of them.

You might not have the burden just because you are not affected. Have a sense of tolerance for your peers and stop thinking only about yourself. Think more for your team.

Why would they consult you? You're a small territory in a multi billion dollar company. They can plug/play your job with someone else who wants to break into medical sales.

Ha. That's funny. I have a number to chase. What happens in other markets is irrelevant to me. I've had bad years, should I expect my team to pass over some of their commissions to me? Or course not. We've all had contract erosions, it nothing unique.

Only individual contributor thinks like that.... no wonder.

You honestly think that this company is concerned about your well being? Wow, that's funny. As we can see from the numerous Ethicon re-orgs, they have no loyalty to any of us. You're a fool if you aren't putting yourself/your family first.
