What is going on with HPV? We have been asked for additional info by the FDA? Does anyone here know what they are doing? Evidently not!!!!

I guess with the BD news, the focus is now off of HPV submission.

Haven't heard anything new to report on when/if it will be approved.

 

The silence is deafening.

Press releases and earnings calls indicate the approval
is pending, but where is it?

No one talks about it and its almost like its been
shoved under a rug.

BD wont need me so why should I stay?

When the failure was first announced, Swanson made it sound like it would be a week or two and the FDA change their mind.

How long now?

 

It's all bullshit. TriPath cannot get anything through the FDA and BD recognizes that. BD certainly cannot leave their oncology investment in TriPath's hands.
