Millennial's outperforming? Surely you jest! They don't even want to work lol!

 

Many of us holding out for that pkg! Don't start the pkg reduction rumor again, unless you have proof!!!

 

Every millennial in our district is useless. They never leave their house and need our manager to constantly tell them how great they are. They are given most of the leadership development roles and fail miserably. If I have to do another worthless conference call with these jagbags I will likely stop going out in the field.

Did you know that leadership flattens out performance to reward the millenials?

 

Most Millenials can't find North Korea on a map, can't tell you how many inches are in a yard, what temperature water boils or freezes, can't solve a simple math problem without a calculator, and don't know the name of their State Governor or the name of the Vice President. But they know which of their friends took a dump this morning and posted it on facebook.

 

And this company is doing everything to keep them happy and move them along in leadership. Even at the expense of failure.
