Has anyone had experience with filing a complaint with HR? If so, was it worth the hassle or did it make things worse?

You have to have documented evidence and then have an attorney. Good Luck!

Just get an Attorney it's the only language Regional Coordinators and HR understands. If you don't, get ready for a Kangaroo Court. Stand up for yourself, bullies will not be tolerated.

Confide in HR they have your back. Be honest and rest assured they will have your best interests in mind.
Tell them everything and dont hold back.

Don't even waste your time with a contract company. Play the signature game and start interviewing.

Plenty of worthless ambulance chasers on this website.

Intimidation will definitely not be tolerated. It's also illegal, falls under retaliation.

You better keep your mouth shut and do your job, or we will make your life miserable.

And your name will be placed on the Do Not Hire list which is circulated to many pharmaceutical companies. Thus, you will be black balled in the industry.

No such thing keep track of ur manager's behavior etc just like they keep track of yours.
If you need to take action have an attorney on standby.
There's a lot of sleezy people in this industry nowdays, always protect yourself

A two bit slip and fall attorney is no match for seasoned corporate legal.
Now we demand that all employees keep your mouths shut or else we will put you on a plan so fast your head will spin.

HR works for the company, NOT for the employees. Anyone who thinks that HR is there for YOU is an idiot. Never tell HR anything you don't want management to know because as soon as you get off the phone with HR, HR is on the phone with your manager. HR will tell your manager everything you said!!

HR is your friend. We are here to help you with any issues with your managers. Tell us all about it on ethics hotline or emai MyHrt @Publicis which are both confidential. Please don't involve attorney as we will be forced to fire you on the spot.
