I think Ares is just trying to save face by not giving up quickly, but they're just throwing good money away on a bad group and horrible product line. Why would anyone want to take a tablet daily that only helped with ONE of the things that they're allergic to? Unless you're one of the 200 people in the US that are mono-allergic. What a bunch of dumb shits.

Let's put this to rest. RP was shown the door. He knew it was coming and did nothing to help his cause. He failed to contract with over 50% of the SPs we previously were contracted with. He single handledly was the reason scripts were pushed through Welp last year and cost the company as cash. He started the same stuff this year. Additionally, he made an enormous mistake that legal caught him on: No coverage investigation for co-pay cards?

Lastly, he wasn't the so-called knowledgeable Market Access leader some claim him to be. When CMM was introduced to us with the HUBEX contract he thanked a KAM for telling him about CMM and that he had never heard of it until then...wait? RP never heard of CMM. A KAM made him aware. CMM was around for years and years and for RP to have never heard of it is an indictment on his ability to do the job.

Now to the point. Market Access, Sr Management, Marketing, KAMs...none of it matters. Oralair is a seasonal Immunotherapy drug that does in fact work. However, this millions of patients BS is ridiculous. It's very simple. Even HDM cannot save this sales force. The SLIT side of the business is in a conundrum. Oralair NO MATTER what is not a First Position Product even seasonally. HDM isn't either, but does offer a perennial drug to bring in overhead/opex money. Greer will last, as will approximately 50 KAMs until RR gives up and realizes neither a partnership nor acquisition is on the horizon. Or the rug gets pulled out completely.

So we can all stop the speculation. If you're comfortable with your salary and chance of crap hitting the fan at any given time, then just work. If you're not comfortable with that then move on. Just being real here. Company is a mess from top to bottom. It won't change. It can't change.

RP worked with FF, RR, and CB at a previous company. I am sure they were aware of his experience; they brought him here.

Don't quote me...but speculation has always been that he was let go from that prior position as well. Which to your point doesn't make sense since they brought him over to Greer, but regardless he either left or was let go from his prior position.

More likely then, he left the prior position on his own and was enticed to be brought back to work with this group at Greer I guess. Guess that's why it's called speculation, right? Either way, seems part scape-goat part not getting the job done at Greer.

Doesn't make much sense to me and certainly looks like a behind the scenes issue went down. The so-called "strategy" that has thus far been ineffective doesn't really link up to RP's role which says the company's lack of ability to hit it's goals at this time probably was not much of a factor. We will probably never know for sure and it doesn't seem it is a role that is being backfilled which only leads to more speculation.

If true, he wasn't the only one let go from that prior position, brought to Greer, and underperformed!

No, FF, RR nor CB brought RP to Greer, he was with Stallergenes long before any of those morons were brought on board. Bottom line is that the ship will continue to take on water, more people will be blamed and fired until EB decides to kick FF and RR to the curb or to unload the company to some unsuspecting investor that falls for the BS hype that RJ sold Ares. The amount of money spent destroying a good company is mind boggling.

Just heard Greer is downsizing the Oralair group and letting go 10-12 sales reps, an RBD plus a sales trainer. Talk about a shit show ! Awesome leadership provided by Rick, Chris and Tiffany. (Not!). They should keep the reps and fire those three bumbling idiots.

Why keep reps around for a product that isn't moving? There will be more than 10-12 gone when they finally put that product to rest RIP
