why would you take a job if you were not sold on the company, culture, leadership, products etc? Give it a chance or get out now

 

I agree. Most people working here like it. We have a lot to do, so if you don't feel comfortable or think this is not the place for you, you should cut your losses and leave now so we can get someone who is a better organizational fit. Best of luck to you.

Trust me, you made a mistake. This place is the worst place to work. I made the mistake too, but it took me six months to fully come to terms and leave. The people that work here are assholes and think they know it all and really know nothing. The company is so behind in everything.

 

I could not agree more. The people think they know everything. I am disgusted by the way treat HCP's. They bad mouth their speakers, their nurses, their accounts. The managers and reps suck!

 

Then maybe you should GTFO.
