I am kicking myself that I left my other what I thought was low paying job for this BH high paying job. But this is hell! Holy crap if I knew what I know now I would have never left my other job. The 30k increase may not be worth this. This place is a train wreck and only going to get worse.
Its a free country. Feel free to leave this job too. Once you leave, they will fill the position with someone more intelligent than you....
