Just interview. It is goal attainment which is new here. Old timers were used to making 80 on bonus it's 40, and they never had goal attainment they just had to grow and that doesn't take much to do that. Great company...
It is based on past personal performance which is tied to the double digit company growth goals. 6 month quota increases are anywhere from 0-70% per product. Most products are double digit growth for 6 months. If you don't believe it ask at the interview.
