    The end is here. Labcorp here we come. Letting TD’s go, promoting tas’s to sd’s, GC, BM and AH still have jobs?? Make the necessary changes and do it correctly. People getting promoted bc the good old boy network vouches for them.
    We are in this position bc friends promoted friends and buddies.

    Damon should run everything with Andreola. All sales teams should report to them. Wait until you find someone who leads with results and experience then promote them.

    Why is the sale to a stable organization dreaded? (Oh wait, you sales guys aren't delivering or blame leadership for your current existence. If I were a victim, I would be scared too.

    At the end of the day, jumping off a sinking ship onto a stable aircraft carrier should be a welcomed transition. Labcorp or Quest would cut out the smoke and mirrors and deliver on the promise.

    BB and HG are supervisors? Are you kidding me? I spend time in the trenches perfecting my craft and they reward those 2? Good guys for sure but not deserving of leadership roles. Zero clinical experience between them but then again their boss has the same clinical experience. This is why we are in trouble, promotions based on being a clone instead of being a performer. This will end miserably. Good for Murph, she deserved it and EARNED it. So look at our leaders:
    AH- sucked and was almost fired in sales
    BM. Only ever sold blood and piss
    GC- never closed a global account over 50 cpm
    MB- quit sales, then quit the company bc she wanted family time then tells her employees to travel all the time
    BB zero clinical or leadership and HG the same

    ML should have been running this whole thing he came up with roadmap, ema relationship and nextech secure messaging.

    Whoever buys us needs to clean this up. This is a roster of kool aid drinkers with no results ir experience in sales or leadership.

    Angry Derm Guy - if I was Lab Corp and came into the organization, the first person I would fire is you. Then gut the leadership for not firing you.

    Happy Management Guy you have a job bc you kiss ass not bc you ever sold. You should want me gone bc my success threatens your existence. You are a shining example of whats wrong with this company and why profits are low, nobody respects you bc you have never won in sales you simply won the the softest set of lips. Lets see an employee opinion survey.

    zero clinical experience, zero emr experience but yet HG and BB are bosses? Ultimate slap in the face to those of us that have given our blood,sweat and tears. What/why/how foes this happen? So Lost and so confused, MB and crew playing favorites yet again. Cant imagine why moral is low

    i have to agree those promotions were rushed and are simply not logical. But why should I be surprised now? AH is a boss? GC is a boss? BM is a boss? MB is a boss? Should have been ML, MB was scared of his knowledge and how well he was liked.
    Good luck to all those interviewing with triumph health, I truly hope all of you get hired.
    Now i have to report to my “ new” boss who has zero experience but MB liked him so now hes my unproven boss.

    i have to agree with all above. We cant become great if our promotion process is like voting for your high school king and queen. Popularity over performance wins again.

    Guy is responding to his own threads again. We get it. Lots of people in the world hate their bosses. You deal with it by either doing your job or leaving the company.

    if you are confident about the army of one then lets administer an employee opinion survey to get a gauge on our moral.
    Oh wait we wont do that until we get the speech in Dallas next month aka state of the union: here is agenda:
    1) Tough tines dont last tough people do, lets focus
    2) Nextech interface update ? (Wont help)
    3) Talk paths ( should be great)
    4) power point ( revenue minus cost equals profit)
    5) role play with unproven management
    6) possible competition update
    7) success stories ( 2 this entire fiscal)
    8) welcone new unproven sd’s
    9) possible sd ranking report? ( prob not)
    10) don mooney light house moment?
    11) how we got screwed on runzheimer ( no, that wont come up)
    12) how are we now different from competition, we arent
    13) Hows it going out there with the bullet points we gave you on Triumph?
    14) carwashs?
    15) How we hired a leader who was under federal Rico charges and now he is gone
    16) we sold HIT bc it was part of the government settlement? ( no they wont tell us that)

    Another meeting that will create more frustration bc of who
    We report to. I am honestly interested in getting to know Greg and see if he is for real, gather his thoughts and see if he sees thru the bs of gc,bm and AH ( what does he do daily)?

    When you "get to know" Greg, ask him about his performance when he worked for MLS before? Spent over $500k building out a molecular lab in Phoenix and never grew the business. That is his performance, nose is really brown..and talks a good game just doesn't deliver. A cheerleader maybe, just not a leader.

    So did the blind just hire the blind in regards to greg? Also with the mandate that all divisions are scraping revenue models ( good job AH, ultimate DB, nice feathered hair and cheesey goatee, worked on vd though) it is so obvious we will be part of Labcorp. The question is before xmas? I think so.
    Keep in mind they sell off of a managed care list, zero skill set needed, which is good, our 3 new sd’s will fit in perfectly. Wouldnt Avista like to start or end their fiscal with a profitable sale?

    A timeline to our clients:

    MU& PQRS is free ( our legal team says, Stop thats illegal)
    Stage 1 is 500 ( fair market value, wink wink)
    Stage 2 is 1500 ( wink wink yet again)
    Mips and Macra rolls out and. Costs go up a bit but mid levels are free!!
    Wait, sorry mid levels arent free

    when Lapcorp buys us say goodbye to all account managers, managed care, billing, rvp”s. IT will probably be safe. Pathologists will leave also, what a joke this place is. It was a solid run even though i report to morons, how does my rvp feel when i beat them financially every year? Perhaps they are happy bc they know they cant sell. Never have i seen more unproven leadership. MB, AH, GC, BM , HG and BB. How many global cases combined in their lifetime? Guaranteed less than 500 but yet they want to sit in my front seat? Slap in the face.
