Anybody know what the call is all about?

 

It's not just ICT, it's all of respiratory too.

 

Just a guess but ICT is being dissolved into respiratory. Territories will be realigned to be launch ready for triple and to absorb all ICT employees.

My wish would be to hear that due to CIA completion June 1st, all sales coaches are done with since they are useless and an annoyance to our customers.

 

Sales coaches are done July 1

53 FLL spots will be eliminated, mostly through prior vacancies. ICT rolling into PC. FLL get 1st right of refusal for field spots in PC, Vaccines, Immunology and Viiv

 

Mandatory for all Primary Care sales for too. Total reorg?

 

Yes, yes, and no. Field sales reps will be cut and rent-a-reps hired for 18 month contract.

 

If this is true then our leadership team are lying when they say we are right sized or else you are a rent a rep trying to cause havoc. I think many would take a package and move on-hey there is always generic Advair to sell.

 

No cuts to Reps, they will be placed according to Ratings for last 2-3 Semesters. Highest rated Rep will get Triple, next will get Anoro, next Breo and then over comp. Breo and over comp should start looking for jobs, unfortunately they will be cut soon- sad but true.

 

May be true but would be surprised that the current Anoro rep would be selling Breo...too bad if they base everything on ratings . In our region, the highest rates reps have the worst sales

 

Karmic revenge for GSK. Highest ranked reps busy with everything but sales!

 

GSK pushing lama/laba and undercutting Breo reps since Advair genetic. So ask yourself where does triple fit in if ICS not needed or wanted. Typical GSK shooting themselves in the foot. Throw the Breo reps under the bus after they reach 1billuon in sales. Everyone wearing their pin??

 

Regardless of what they say on this teleconference, we are headed for rough waters! When Advair goes generic and there is a generic available for a $20 copay, what do you think the patient will be Asking for? Meanwhile, GSK telling the sheep that all is well and sleep tight my little sheep, sleep well!

 

Time for each Rep to own their own Rating, don't blame your FLL if you received a 4 or 5, look in the mirror before you look to blame someone else for you performance,

 

We were old reps would be " thinned out " !

 

Plus Express Scripts. has said going after ADVAIR when generics come out...time will tell.

 

This is so true! They aren't selling but working on "special projects" to keep getting high ratings. 1 and 2 rated reps in our region have the worst shares!! When they won awards and went on stage at Veeva training, there was a collective groan from the regions to see the worse sales reps collecting awards. The reps who are selling don't have time for these projects and have great numbers and growth because they are actually selling.
