    It doesn't matter whether or not you had problems with your CRM. Brace yourselves for not getting credit for those orders. Your medical rep will.

    I just finished reading the 20 page PDF file on how to enter in a "designee" call. I have a few more questions. What if the doctor moves across the road? I'm so confused. Help!!!!!

    You're not going to get credit for those orders so why bother calling on those buildings until you do. This company can't do a DAMN thing right. Sales Ops doesn't have a clue either. It's in the company's best interest for you to call on those clinics, but is it in yours?
