If you are over 50 and are employed by Henry Schein be prepared to be targeted and let go soon. It's the Henry Schein way. The next time Henry Schein receives an award for most admired company somebody ask how can that be. They are very crappy to their employees except for those that kiss their ass. Zone and district managers all suck. It's time those over 50 protect themselves and challenge Henry Schein with an age discrimination lawsuit!!

So true. Look what happened last year. There's a reason so many of our good people retired earlier than expected and those who were forced out otherwise. But if you have good relationships built up, they can't take that away from you.

Color your hair, cover your rear and head for the exit ASAP. They're cutting expenses. Guess who is an expense ? Those eligible for bonuses and promotions. They'll be none of that. Anymore.

Henry Schein/NLS did not know how to be a player in the vet market before buying Butler. Now that there's extremely highly paid managment who don't know jack about their customers, they'll take the company down. Not a good place to be when combined with the old boy network.

If you took a severance payout, you're out of luck. Unless all over-50 separated from the company are willing to go the way of a lswsuit. That's what the company counts on.

Well, another one bites the dust. Meanwhile an RM who couldn't cut it is now an equipment manager. Good ole boy network reigns.

Just a troll-er. If you're from our field, then you should know who's gone, who got moved out of current position, hear who's done who, who protects who, who lost what accounts etc.
