Run As fast as you can especially if it's in New England

 

what ever you are doing in life you have better options than working for this company.

 

I agree!!! In my years in pharmaceutical sales, this is the worst company I have ever worked for.... RUN RUN!!!!!

 

New hires are being brought in and higher salaries than tenured reps. I saw the offer letters on my my DMs computer
75k to new hires. This happened in the south.

 

This is true. A DM in the south showed me where new hires with less experience were being given 75k. Everyone in that district had been with the company at least 3 to 9 years. No one in the district was making 75k. How insulting!

 

Not worth it for the amount of aggravation and uncertainty that you'll encounter here, you're better off on a good contract...better conditions and a higher salary!
