Immune Pharma merging??? IMNP

    Word on the street is that immune pharma (IMNP) is im talks to merge with a big pharma, maybe allergan. They canceled their lease and paid a significant six figure penalty to get out of it. It doesn't appear they have much of a company left, just an interim CEO to handle the transition.

    Anyone have any other info on this? Something big is in the works.

    I heard both Immune Pharma and CHF Solutions buyouts are in the works...
