So, a CIA? What's avg. base salary/target bonus? I'd love to have a better idea so I can figure out if its worth leaving my current role. I've reached out to some Reps that I know that work here and they've all had good things to say about the company..but I hate to ask "hey, how much do you make?" ...

If you are currently employed: I would advise caution. Just consider that some managers like to fire their reps. For example, one manager fired 3 solid reps in a six month period of time. These reps were all in good standing, doing good work and professional. You may be taking a big risk to quit another position.
This is something to be considered.
