How is this company to work for? What kind of $$ are most reps making? I know the implant market is very competitive. Been in dental for 12 yrs. Thanks in advance.
company is growing, new management, new comp plan. Been here 6 months and it's a great company. Company car, base of $65-$70, commissions another $12-$15k/year, health, 401k match. First class company with great leadership and parent company Danaher, who also just bought Nobel. Very happy. More and more doctors are learning that ID is smart and that companies like Zimmer and Straumann had to buy license's from Niznick for their internal connections. Who's the innovator? Who held the patents? Don't believe the high prices hype from zimmer and straumann. Zimmer is now discounting and Straumann is selling to GP's through NeoDent and totally changing their go to market strategy. We are leading, they are following.

these boards are a joke. everyone that comes on here just complains and is so negative talking about "drinking the koolaid" etc...etc....how about don't down people for trying to be positive at their jobs and hoping for the best. If you work hard ,you will succeed, anywhere. Spend more of your time selling, and less time complaining and downing others on cafe pharma...and we will all be better off.
