In a current Syneos contract could I apply for a new posting?

 

Sometimes there are minimum time in position requirements. Usually one year. Even if you apply, they may ignore your application.

 

A little over 1 year in at Syneos on a contract, I applied. and I think you're right it'll get ignored

 

No even if you apply for another Syneos contract you will not get contacted. They do not take reps from one contract to place on another. They will only consider you if the contract is ending or has ended.

Also if you apply for a posting from Taylor Strategy you will not get moved forward. TS is owned by Syneos. They only way you can be considered for a TS posting is if you have been referred by an internal employee.

Once you are in a Syneos contract you are stuck. If you leave on your own, you are black balled. They will never consider you for another Syneos/TS opportunity again.
