I just heard that Dominion's in office technicians are calling and verifying state Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) reports on behalf of doctor's offices. How is this not a Stark violation?

    It's also an anti-kickback issue

I also heard Cordant doing this and the reps advertising it. The prescription monitoring websites are by DEA numbers and need logins from the physician. No way its legal and is definitely a stark, HIPPA violation.

There is so much that you don't know. Asleep at the wheel.

So since I'm asleep at the wheel, why don't you advise us how this is legal? Oh, let me guess, because your company got an "opinion letter" and you drank the coolaid??
