Incentive structure for employees

    What's the incentive structure like over at Interpace? Do you guys get yearly stock grants, or have an option to buy discounted shares?

    Your response is similar to that of a teenage girl. I'm an investor interested in the company and looking for information.

    I shouldn't expect more from an anonymous board I suppose.
