For anyone interviewing for this company- beware! It is internally a disaster, and it starts at the top. Sales goals are unattainable, moral is terrible, not 1 piece of positive information is disseminated, just constant verbal beatings. All of the decent reps leave when they realize how bad it is...
You said it! The CEO is a jerk, with his condescending talk and demeaning attitude towards women, the VP of Sales is a load, and the sales managers are nothing but pushy puppets afraid of the CEO. No one is making money on these overpriced electro-stimulus biofeedback dildos! People are leaving or being fired left and right, and the unprofessional culture and high turnover has led to the company's reputation as nothing but a joke! STAY AWAY, don't lower yourself to work for these idiots! Oh yes, they are LOSING money every month and can't seem to improve their sales, which continue to DECLINE!
Absolutely. What company uses just ONE recruiter and her admin. assistant to scam reps into thinking they will make "over 150K" and that "this is a great opportunity" when you can't even make $500 in commission a month! What "great opportunity" has most doctor's offices never returning inquiring phone calls, refusing to stock and buy product, returning product they can't hawk on their patients that can't afford $800 devices, and now apparently needs to ask more money from the "Angel" investors since they are losing money so fast??? When 70% of the sales come from 3 reps (out of about 24, but that number is quickly decreasing as people quit or are fired) that should tell you to Run the Other Way! Oh yes, the management is a bunch of rookies that act more like frightened drones and the top leadership are clueless. They won't survive past September, when the time runs out on ROI for the investors! Don't be fooled.....this company is horrible!
Glad we helped you from making a BIG mistake. Wish we were as informed when we sat down with these stupid morons. Don't even waste your time giving it a second thought, this piece of crap company will be bankrupt before the end of the year! $800 non-reimbursable dildoes does not a company make, especially when staffed with a bunch of losers!
