It's either you or a certain senior area business manager, who is, has been and always will be a joke. Flatulent airbag, no one can stand, so full of his own hot wind. Waddles around meetings sniffing butt to lick, people to climb over. Lies about everything. Right Polo? Lied to get where he is. An ugly deceitful poser and a wart on the ass of sales reps everywhere.

 

Jerk off up there asks how much integrity it takes to go after someone on CP. Tell you what, you just need to have someone shit on you with your manager, behind your back, totally destroy any relationship you had and then have them insult you behind your back with others, then insult you at a meeting or convention. All done with a smile to you face. Absolutely zero negative interaction with this loser. Just up and decided he felt threatened, wanted to impress manager and dropped shit bombs on someone, for personal gain. Frat boys and cheerleaders. Just keep hiring mental midgets. Some people never grow up nor do they earn anything legitimately. It's the old drive over em with the bus and back up over em a second time, just for laughs. You know who you are. Ugly fuckers.

 

Hell yes they do know who they are. They also know they got where they are with mere skills in shit bombing, claw and knife sharpening for back stabbing and good old fashion b.s. Throw in a Hella lot if brown nose treatment to management and newbies. Greatest strength is twisting facts at precisely the right time. Promo? Check. Managers ass kissed. Check. Lies embellished further. Check. Trip out of lousy living conditions they are in, to place/state with lower taxes, less travel. Check. No one questioning their obvious lack of accomplishments or premise on which they were promoted. Check. No one reporting their overt shitting on team members. Double check.

 

Nothing new under the sun. Just shut up, put up, until more people leave. Way it's been and way to keep the losers moving up the ladder. When swill rules, the best and rest move on.

 

There is a simple answer, but it's not for cowards. You have to get some spine, some balls and complain. Complain in person, in writing until you get their stinking attention. Leave as a last resort, but never be afraid to move on. You let some self serving asshole convince you its gonna get better or you won't find a better job, you're nothing but a puppet. I'd rather be dead than be someone's slave.
