As unfairly and unprofessionally as Indivior management has treated many employees and customers it will be interesting to see how they "backpeddle" and prepare for this over the next year. There are a good number of people out there who can't wait to sell against Sublocade and prescribe it.

Omg did you bother reading the article? They are cleared to launch 11/30/2020. They are tentatively approved until Sublocade’s exclusivity ends which is the end of November

 

Not the entire story.

 

Sublocade was only ever guaranteed 3 years exclusively which ends Nov 2020. If Indivior had received orphan drug designation for Sublocade, Brixadi would be blocked until 2024 but Sublocade was denied orphan drug designation. Braeburn received tentative approval Dec 2018 but will still have to be reviewed for final approval before they can launch Nov 2020.

 

Which is going to happen fo sure.

You’re hoping against hope and thinking with your heart. The product will launch in 12 months. Just that simple. If u think it won’t u probably also think we are rebounding

 

I have been out for a few months. The question to ask yourself is do I want to spend my time with a company under investigation and not knowing the outcome. As long as it’s been going on and the $millions to defend it. All that money could have gone into many things. But, management cant see the forest from the trees.

 

Lawsuits. File against management. They always lose.

 

You've got 3 fucking years, get off cafe pharma and go sell. Braeburn is running on equity capital, it was supposed to go toward a launch in Jan of 2017, instead they are using it to pay salaries. We are in the driver's seat with no competition for another year.

God forbid you have competition. Most products have multiple competitors and sales reps (which is exactly what you are supposed to be) have to sell, handle objections and close. You fuckers couldn't close a screen door in a wind storm.
