applied to a position through the recruiting firm but have yet to hear. How long is the interview process and would someone share the salary range as I may be out of range and that is why I have not heard back from the recruiters . I understand it is a allocated amount for a vehicle. Any other input would be appreciated

The base is around $85k. Bonus is $7500 per quarter. Only 8-10 reps actually make it. The recruiter will tell you that you'll make $15k-$20k per quarter, but that's a bald face lie. Auto is a fixed rate tax free reimbursement based on the area you live in and the car your drive. The same goes for the mileage reimbursement. Company gives you $4400 per year for your HSA and that offsets your high deductible insurance plan (mine is $5800 per year for my family)

    Hope this helps.

Good luck, but this may not be the best medium for getting useful info and feedback on the opening. You are most likely only going to hear responses from internet trolls and/or disgruntled competing reps in the pain space who will share their incredibly bias feedback.

    Best of luck to you.

They move fast and may have already filled the position. Which territory did you apply for?

You are a CSO rep, no one with a real job would take this job.
Unless you cant read how the product is doing vs forecast.
Sales and stock price are duds.

Right many of us are doing great its just that we are 99% behind our national goals.
    Not a problem!

The goals are insulting. Who is coming up with these?

Thank you for the info. 85 base seems awfully low. I was told this was a speciality position with a larger territory. I make 95 in my current primary care setting and have quite a bit of years of experience . I am actually surprised. I incorrectly thought the range would be between 105-115k. No way would I go down in salary.

That's why a lot of people are leaving. The base is low, bonus is low and the people leading the company aren't making much! Go where the money is! This pain market is a crazy place and you don't want to be in it unless there are no other options!

Bases in the 95K -110K range are out there but highly unlikely for any primary care positions and even specialty anymore....If you are making that kinda base...you're days are more than numbered. They can get anybody to do the UPS drop offs and drive by calls for around 60K and a car allowance...don't kid yourself. The glory days are long gone.

I know 2 people within the last year that have taken primary care positions and both are over 100k. And another colleague who took a job with Pfizer in a specialty position and is making quite a bit more than 100k so it is happening. There's plenty of 60 k positions for new to industry with 1-2 yrs experience also hit these companies are paying for experience and relationships from what I've seen.

Is it an expansion? Or did the rep quit or get fired?

The previous rep did not get fired. She left on her own accord. What do you want to know?

Have any more MSL's left the company? I heard the sales team is well below 140 now. Not including the managed accounts. Does anyone know if the 2 vacant positions at the National level are intended to focus more on managed accounts?
