Any scuttlebutt on an investigative report about InTARTcia? How about SEC actions?

Good to hear this week about SEC awarding $50 million to a whistleblower who furnished detailed, firsthand observations of misconduct by a company that resulted in a successful enforcement action and the return of funds to shareholders. This is the largest such award to an individual in the history of the program.

Anyone with dirt too can win the million-dollar plus lottery!

They said anyone who reports, even if its a second or third account of the same misconduct, gets added to the whistleblower list. So it doesnt matter if you're not first, you just have to report. Original documents or the time stamped email/attachments are equally useful.

Too funny Kurt telling people that the 20 + year old Alza pump was more important than discovering new drugs. How stupid is Jim Tannenbaum at Foresite ? Like total moron or drooling senile fool ? Ohh there's a new name and it's Time2Disrupt. What was that 3rd grade innovation at lunch recess ? Hilarious to see these jerks sitting beside the road looking at their broken down bicycle. Rejected Twice ?

CLARITY REQUEST- so this board still is not telling us peons what exactly is the FDA status... are we dinged for another year or two? Or any chance of an approval by year end?

You're such a nincomPOOP! The company and ITCA are totally fxcked and done. ITCA will never be resubmitted nor approved. It took Hayweired idiots 2 years to resubmit only to be rejected by FDA, again. This is unheard of especially given it's a generic drug inside 20 years old plus pump.

That is totally NOT true ! The FDA had summer interns and junior reviewers look at the Intarcia NDA. The rejection is a complete mistake - what do you expect from inexperienced fools. Intarcia is talking to the Senior Executives at the FDA. Once the important people know that Kurt Graves submitted an NDA the FDA will apologize for the delay and issue approval. Typical Government screw up !!

CLARITY small set back. Launch delay with coronavirus. Expect approval when FDA back at work. Commercial launch 4Q depending on virus.

LOL - launch this year bro? FDA approval around the corner? How about declaring Chap 11 BK soon and Chap 7 later this yeat to ward off the mountains of litigations and DoJ/SEC charges for wire frauds/whistleblower?

Isn't too early in the morning for dropping acids and taking bong hits?

Is this true? What kinda buffoon gives $200 mil to next Theranos with 2 back-to-back CRLs for the same generic drug inside generic pump?

Did BG cry for the 2nd time after hearing more suckers were found to fund this turd?

    Ask Charles Ponzi

Yo, don't insult Mr. Ponzi and wait till an expose about Intarcia is published like the Theranos swindle with the dead-broke ex-CEO Holmes facing multiple lawsuits/charges from the Feds to foolish investors awaiting Club Fed.
