Paragon is Crazy for how much they think they are worth to be bought out. I am hearing 500million.

That is a lot of Baby Chimp Screws to sell

That's actually completely inaccurate. Intega has a direct system. Why would they want distributors from Paragon? They are losing distributor pretty regularly. There "surgical consultants" which they claimed to own a small percent of the company are now proving to be BS. Its coming out that they have been flooding shares to relatives instead. The distributors have been losing ground and protection to unfair contracts. The turn over has been insane. Most sleeps have no medical device experience (case in point someone on this board being proud they show up to bunions). If your relationship is so week your afraid to lose business if you skip a bunion you have obviously have no idea how to grow long term sustainable growth. The company has a 40 million dollar lawsuit that's more their total value. They ran to J and J and they were given the boot last time. Zimmer kicked them out same as Stryker when they saw their books. This is a common death rattle. The company will go for pennies on the dollar to protect from the legal they cant afford. Distributor are the 1st to go almost always.

I don't know but wish we had them... as far as the sales force being distributors, try wrong... They are 1099's but almost all are exclusive. Integra should look at P28 so much of their F&A Technology and plate design could have amazing upper extremity applications.
