    Any information on Intercept? I have an upcoming interview with them, but can't find much on their culture, etc.

    Many great people here however the organization itself is a hot mess. Leadership that leads through fear and breads a culture of mistrust. Completely disorganized and not enough accountability at the top.

    Is anyone else deeply concerned about the direction the "leadership" wants sales to go? More people leaving....the next month should be telling.

    Don't feel bad about the lack of a pile on here. Everyone is concerned, and have been for some time. "Leadership" is in over their heads. The survey speaks for itself, unfortunately, no one is listening and the silence is already deafening.

    Everything is bigger in Texas! The lies (RK-JC at breakfast meeting), the mistrust (10 pts...next day 18pts) and the incompetence of slt.

    Happy Holidays MP! How is it knowing even after reducing head count involuntarily there are many who were retained using this holiday season to look for a way out of the toxic culture you preside over?! Shameful!!!

    It is comforting to know that intimidation is not just used on the sales force. Why would you use it on other companies that wish to hire your disgruntled employees though? These people wish to leave, they are unhappy for legitimate reasons .....let them go!
