The JNJ Internal Audit Group is staffed with many immature, unstable and non-professional people. The Internal Audit management is immoral and will do anything to prevent their incompetence from being revealed. It is the JNJ way of doing business.
Please be more specific. Most departments @ JNJ lack integrity, just following leaderships “lead”. The most phony company I’ve worked for in my 30 year career.
The staff is insecure, lack business experience and have little common sense. They will all lie to make themselves look good. FLDP's are also untrustworthy. The culture is toxic. Management is the worst. They do not know much about how to work with people and will also lie to cover their asses. You cannot trust anyone in this group. Toxic, Toxic, Toxic.
it is true. CIA is just another dysfunctional J&J department. In IT over the past two years they have been given all the info they needed on some unethical behaviors to take action against IT leaders but instead concluded they could not substantiate the claims. Bottom line was that they stopped digging when they got pressure from IT leadership and then eliminated the people who made the credo complaints.
Auditors travel around the world and they pretend that they can't understand the documents they are reviewing. They have no clue. Also, since they have little time to get work done they just check off the boxes and say everything is OK. If they do notice a problem they just substitute an invoice that is clean - no problems. No time to get work done - just make it look good. Managers don't care. Managers never look at source documents. JNJ auditors spend their time duplicating the work that is done by the external auditors. What a waste of effort. SOX testing is another joke. Auditors just make it look good. Managers do not check. Managers are too busy texting other managers telling them what they did at night or on the weekend. Managers never check the work actually performed. Managers go to the audit site for fun when they can do the same work from the office. All they do is approve the dots.. Other auditors know nothing about FSS, contracts or investigatons yet they act like experts.. More on that later.
CIA internally draws conclusions about unethical things within senior business leadership and then no actions taken and the unethical behavior continues. It's a mess. People are afraid to even report issues right now because if they're caught they'll be chased out of the org by leader.
These whole HCC group should be dismantled and they should all be arms length so that they report their findings direct to a government body. These people, like HR, are just there to help cover up for the business. They do nothing even when there's a clear violation. Just ask the UK, Canada, China...... FDA, please do your job and make this company liable.
If I thought that reporting the violations to HR, upper management, etc would have ANY impact on the very unethical manager in question, I would have reported it. Instead, I left a very toxic situation that lacked any trust between employees and those who had oversight over management. If there is an email address of a trustworthy, non-biased, true CREDO employee at J&J that is ready to hear the truth, then leave it here. If J&J wants to cover its head in the sand like they have done hundreds of times before, then so be it. Their reputation in the industry is terrible the last 10 years and it hasn't changed.
HCC only exists for optic purposes for the Government. The Department does very little except when an issue falls into their laps. Even then, nothing is done unless one of the few ethical JNJ leaders is aware of the problem. HCC is a dog and pony show.
