Pay attention this time. It is a veteran female who has been known as the poster child for backstabbing and rumor mongering for decades. She sees everyone as a potential victim. For some reason, if she can inflict pain and suffering on others it seems to make her feel better about her many failings and dead end career.

A long time ago but her behavior of spreading false rumors and victimizing her peers was the same then as now. That is what weak people with low self esteem do. But her behavior and character flaws ultimately ruined her career.
