announcements in countries and from Marlow this week. Too many good people leaving and at all levels. Sales, general managers, marketing and the list goes on. MP has no respect for people. People move their families, change their lives, put tehir career on the line to join this company and then are treated like an used loo roll. Princen fires people on a whim and then post about humility on instagram. What a farse.

Competitors are hiring all the good people being fired by MP. Princen is destroying this company!

Competition is picking up all the good people.
Thanks for nothing Princen! Your leadership is a disaster. If morale was already low, it’s now in the gutter.

come on, the two major announcements this last week were not surprising, and the right thing to do for the business. Neither had made a positive impact and were out of their depth. Kindest to let them run free.

If we needed any proof that Princen and KCV are monitoring the board, there you have it. Another Sunday message from them trying to say things are nice, but truly showing their nasty colours. Last Sunday they told us to accept their dictactorship, today they say publicly that two senior leaders did not make a positv impact and were out of their depth. Brazenness at its best.

The two just did not put up with Princen’s plans and voiced their concerns. That is enough to get them and the others (yes, there were way more than just two) fired.

Sorry - posted twice. First time posting here and not clear what to do.

Princen has pissed on whatever fire was left at Marlow.

HR is thinking of ways to shut down this conversation... that shows you how insane this situation is. Rather than working on improving the situation, all they can think of is “we need to shut this down”. They are nothing more than Princen’s messengers.

Our HR team and their shenanigans!
This and the fact that we can no longer raise compliance concerns on the integrity line just shows you how International is being run by these dictators.

    another Monday done.
Another Monday where I achieved little, but nobody noticed or cared!
Not being dynamic, just getting enough done to stop things falling apart might not be what I signed up for, but the work-life balance is really good! I will decide to get back on the career ladder soon as just treading water at the moment.
Just got to wait until the right gig comes up.

The right gig will come up soon. Just thread water, nod to all MP’s rants, get your bonus in April and you are good as gold.

Here’s an honest question: what are these assessment centres that we are going through really for? Feels like we are being evaluated for fit with the new regime. If we are deemed okay, we keep our jobs, if not, off to the gas chamber?

Well, it is a kind of meeting with far too many HR people, a few business leaders and everyone who repeats that account management is a fantastic new idea. Felt more like another initiative of "HR Tourism" - they love their travels and the sound of their voices preaching. I believe that if you do not go along and act like they want, you will no longer work at Allergan. If you want to stay, just nod and pretend you think it is a fantastic idea.

It bothers me that the MP and his friends publish photos on social media about who our talent is. Their permission is required to publish their photographs, but he does not have it. This is not the real issue, just posting here to show another sign of Princen’s arrogance and dictatorship. Also, MP and KCV do not consider how to make these posts make others feel excluded and not part of the in crowd. No need to rub this in their faces. It makes this horrible situation worse.

True. Annoying and disrespectful, but we cannot be surprised with it. This is how he operates.
