Interview/Hiring Process

    Can someone tell me about the interview process? I've applied for a territory manager position a week ago. I haven't heard anything yet but wanted to know if anyone had some insight into the process.

    Phone interview - conducted by hiring manager or corporate hr? In person interview - should I bring a brag book? Culture - laid back or formal? Suit & tie?

    I'd appreciate any additional insight into the hiring process as well.

    If you haven't heard by now you're probably not getting an interview anyway....

    You're not going to get any useful answers on here. This site is for competitors to flame each other and unsubstantiated gossip.

    I'll second what this person said. You'll notice there are a lot of Anonymous posters.

    If you get a chance, they will probably start with a phone interview with the hiring manager.

    Brag books don't hurt, but it does not mean you have to pull it out.

    Culture - pretty laid back. No suits.
