I got a call from a recruiter and am moving forward with an interview. My concern is that I have heard that all the successfull reps have moved on and left the company. This usually means that they no longer think they can make series money, or the management has gone completely micro-managed on them. anyone have any insight on this company and why their top people would leave?
Both of your suspicions are correct...serious money is gone and they are getting the absolute hell micro-managed out of them
I've been through 2 interviews and hope for an offer. Micromanaged for first 2-3 months is to be expected. After that, you shouldn't be managed that hard...
"I've been through 2 interviews and hope for an offer. Micromanaged for first 2-3 months is to be expected. After that, you shouldn't be managed that hard... " Yeah good luck with that!
Did you get the job? We are looking for a few good men and women...actually more than a few but a few sounds better.
I did interview with the company. I really hope the rep they hired doesn't work out. I know it is bad charma to hope someone fails, But I really want this job. Once you sift through all the ex-employees their are good people at Precision. I would consider any of them family. They seemed to go out of their way to make me comfortable. Hiring mngr told me I was his second choice. He has to see how this one fairs through training and the first 60 days. patiently waiting for another follow up call. It is an intriguing start-up.
