Interviewing for Rep position

    I am interviewing for a rep position here. I have been told the salary is 130k with a 50k bonus paid quarterly.

    Could someone please tell me what % of reps are making the full 50k or higher commission / bonus?

    Also - what is the culture like? Micromanagers? Heavy activity tracking on a CRM?

    Is this a good place to be?

    The base and bonus sounds about right. The managers are awful. You need to find out what shape the territory is in. What are the health systems that make up the bulk of the hospitals? If its heavy with HCAs, or Ascensions, or Kaisers the growth opportunity may be slim. Yes, Salesforce is the CRM, which is not really monitored. Managers offer no leadership. The Sr. Leadership is inept.
    If theres an MSL opening thats the way to go, they have zero accountability.

    How many Reps are making the full 50k or more in bonus? Are reps happy with the culture / way of life?
