Interviewing now for a CSR position - culture?

I am currently interviewing for a CSR position and would like an honest take on the companies leadership and culture. Are the quotas realistic and reachable? Is thier growth rate realistic? Is there internal promotion? Is this job paid by per case or is there a minimum threshold you have to pass in order to "get in the money"? Good, bad and the ugly- I want to know it all. Thank you in advance!

 

It amazes me that people still ask about the " leadership and culture" as if there aren't numerous threads on here discussing this topic. Do you not believe the responses or something? LOL You should definitely accept the job if offered. You'd fit right in here.
