What is crazy about Arbor is that there is always openings because of the constant turn over. So, people are interviewing to get in and there are people interviewing to get out.

 

Arbor is going for the worst employer of the year award. I haven't seen any "best employer" awards.

 

There is a serious morale problem here at Arbor especially in the Neuro division. Low salaries, high goals...

 

Obviously, people are leaving left and right.

 

Once you have started working here, it won't take long before you say "Help! I've stepped into the Twilight Zone!"
