Interviewing???

    Alright, looks like his buyout is going to go through. When should we start interviewing? I don’t want any overlap with Celgene obviously, there’s no way in hell I’m gonna get stuck working for BMS

    Who knows, I wish this buy out would move along faster. It’s killing us slowly

    i would start to look for jobs and only apply to those that look really good. As we get closer to the deal closing and a time line is known ramp up your search and negotiate a start date that coincides with the closing date! Sounds easy!

    but the closing date isn’t the lay off date That is a mystery. I heard another post mention taking an early severance if you bitch to HR. Is that true?

    I doubt that’s true. Wait til summer to look, should line up ok. I think both companies would understand a little overlap considering the buyout. Any HR insiders care to comment?

    Yeah, we know you HR people read CF!!!!! Lol
    Actually if any company’s HR does NOT read CF it would be Celgene. Everyone is just too chill here
