Has anyone gotten a face to face yet for the open TBM positions?

ask good questions as to why so many have left. the new sales leader has zero expereince and is laughingstock joke. heard only 3 original reps left and managers are leaving too

 

Which managers?

 

Only 2 of 5 managers still standing.

 

To be honest I didn’t take job because the people interviewing me were so awful but I did talk to a few reps. Apparently only two of the managers ever worked in oncology.

 

Dropped after phone screen and speaking to tm’s in district. They tried to be positive but you could tell.Recruiter I worked with for previous job said Lexicon has worst reputation of any company right now.

 

Keep watch for openings tomorrow pretty sure a few of us will be gone
