I am interviewing at Ipsen. Was told a lot of employees didn’t move from NJ to Cambridge .... why? thoughts on that? Appreciate letting know what kind of preemployment drug screen test is required there. Assuming it’s just urine test?
Yes just urine drug test. People didn’t move to MA for 2 primary reasons: 1) cost of living near Cambridge 2) lack of desire to work for new CEO.
The UDS is industry standard for pre-employment drug testing. Never heard of a Pharma company requiring a hair test. Those tests are usually reserved for jobs in specific industries/fields where security and/or safety are high priorities - law enforcement, jobs requiring security clearances, transportation, etc. Stop hitting the vape 3 and/or smoking bowls 3 weeks prior to your Labcorp visit and your should be okay. Once on board, resume hitting the vape and smoking bowls.
